Need to take a product home to see if it fits? No problem! You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return it.
Please ensure that you keep the receipt and packaging and that the product is still in unused salable condition. Plus kindly process the return at the store of purchase. Happy organising!
- FREE design, measure & quote
Our Elfa and Neata shelving systems can provide so many combinations, it can become a little confusing. Plus, sometimes you may not know exactly what you want. But don't worry, our storage and organisations experts are happy to help by providing a free design, measure and quote service so that you get the best storage solutions for your home or office. You're welcome to visit us in store, or contact your local store to arrange an in-home visit.
- Product assembly
Need help to assemble a product?... Simply ask our friendly staff for assistance. If you're purchasing a more complex Elfa or Neata shelving system, ask your local store staff about an installation service. An installation fee may apply.
- Expert storage & organisation advise
At Howards, we pride ourselves on being the storage and organisation experts. Our objective is to solve your storage dilemmas with expert advice across a huge range of quality products. Simply ask our friendly staff for assistance.
- Local delivery available
Howards are happy to organise home delivery of your purchase to make it easier for you. Just ask your local store for details. A small fee may apply in some instances.

At Howards, whether you shop online or visit your local store, we endeavour to ensure the Recommended Retail Price will be the same (maximum price).

Howards searches the world for the very best storage and organisational solutions, offering over 4,000 quality products to choose from. Whilst we endeavour to represent all of our products online, our stores are unable to physically carry our entire range in-store so not all products represented online may be available at your local store. We recommend you contact your local store to confirm product availability.

Howards Storage World originated in Australia in the early 1970's as a single store called "Stack and Store" in the Sydney suburb of Northbridge. From 1997, Howards Storage World was established as a franchise business that still remains Australian owned and operated.
