Dreamfarm Ograte Grater - Medium is a two-sided speed grater that continuously works in a circular motion on one side, and an up and down motion on the other.
This grater has medium sized grates that slice food into 3mm chunks. The bottom side grates in a circular motion for speed grating foods like zucchini and carrot, while the top side grates in a slower up and down motion for efficiently grating foods like cheese and potato. The built-in scraper is great for pushing grated food from a chopping board into a bowl. The built-in scraper also hooks onto a bowl, so you can comfortably grate food it instead of a chopping board. Non-slip foot provides extra stability while grating. Included is a two-sided blade cover to keep the blades sharp and protect your hands for safe flat storage.
