How to Redeem
When there is a valid balance stored on the card:

- In-store: Present your gift card at time of sale
- Online: Email customer service for assistance online@hsw.com.au
Please note:
When redeeming your gift card, the full balance needs to be redeemed.
Card Balances
You can check the balance of your card in any Howards store.
Lost Cards
Lost cards cannot be replaced.
Expiry
All Howards Storage World gift cards have a 3 year expiry from the time of sale.
