For best performance, utilise ice packs or substitutes instead of ice cubes to minimise condensation; if ice cubes are used, seal them in a zip-lock bag to prevent melting water from affecting the contents. To maintain the cooler bag, wipe the interior and exterior with mild dish soap and a damp sponge, allowing it to air dry. Avoid placing warm or hot dishes directly inside to prevent damage to the lining.
