WEIGHT GUIDE
Tansel baskets are incredibly strong as they are made from heavy gauge stainless steel. The weight rating of the baskets is determined by your mounting choice.
As a guide:
Bottom Mounted Baskets hold up to 20kg each.
Side Mounted Baskets hold up to 40kg each.
MEASUREMENT GUIDES
Choosing the correct baskets for your space starts with taking accurate measurements. Watch the video below and use the measurement guides to make it easier. There's also a downloadable PDF.
TANSEL IS EASY TO INSTALL
Follow the process below to make sure that you install the slides in the correct position and to get them level. In our installation guide we use a timber batton (you can use a ruler), which will help you get accurate measurements on both sides. We use this batton as a template. Install the bottom basket first. Most hinges give you enough space to install the slides just below.
MARK
Mark how far back you want the slides to be. We recommend 50-60mm from the cabinet edge. Place the slides in position before drilling hole to be sure this works for your space.
DRAW
Use a ruler or baton to drawer a straight line up the cabinet (this will give you a consistent set back when you install the above baskets). Skip this step if you are only installing one basket.
SECURE
Mark the holes on the pencil line. Drill hole & screw in the front of the slide. Use a level to mark the back hole. Drill hole & screw in the back end of the slide.
